PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Anti-climacteric drug. Participates in the realization of positive and negative feedback in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system, has a stabilizing effect on the gonadotropic function of the pituitary and hypothalamic center. Does not have an estrogenic effect on the target organs. Strengthens uterine contractions, increases placental blood flow. Promotes an increase in blood concentrations of beta-lipoproteins, increases the sensitivity of tissues to the action of insulin and the utilization of glucose.

INDICATIONS
- climacteric syndrome, manifested by hot flashes, increased sweating, sleep disorders, irritability, depression, forgetfulness, degenerative changes in the skin and mucous membranes (fragility of the nails, thinning of the skin, wrinkles, dystrophy of the mucous membrane of the urogenital tract).
DOSING MODE
With menopausal syndrome Sagenit В® appoint inside 1 tab. regardless of food intake. Daily dose - up to 2 tablets. The course of treatment is 30-40 days.
SIDE EFFECT
From the digestive system: rarely - nausea, vomiting, cholestatic jaundice.
From the side of the central nervous system: rarely - dizziness.
On the part of the reproductive system: rarely - metrorrhagia.
Allergic reactions: rarely - a rash, swelling of the eyelids.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
