PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Participates in the realization of positive and negative feedback in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system, has a stabilizing effect on the gonadotropic function of the pituitary and hypothalamic center, without having an estrogenic effect on the target organs; strengthens uterine contractions; increases placental blood flow; helps increase the concentration in the blood of beta-lipoproteins, increase the sensitivity of tissues to the action of insulin and the utilization of glucose.
INDICATIONS
- climacteric syndrome (manifested by hot flashes, increased sweating, sleep disorders, irritability, depression, forgetfulness, degenerative changes in the skin and mucous membranes - fragility of the nails, thinning of the skin, wrinkles, dystrophy of the urinary tract mucosa).
DOSING MODE
Take inside, regardless of the time of ingestion, with menopausal disorders in women 1 capsule / day. Daily dose - up to 2 capsules / day. The course of treatment is 30-40 days.
SIDE EFFECT
In rare cases, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, allergic reactions (rash, eyelid edema), metrorrhagia, cholestatic jaundice are possible.

OVERDOSE
Symptoms: metrorrhagia, hemorrhagic shock.
Treatment: withdrawal of the drug, blood transfusion, parenteral administration of blood substitutes.
DRUG INTERACTION
Strengthens the action of diuretic, antiarrhythmic, antihypertensive drugs, anticoagulants.
Weakens the effects of male sex hormones.
Folic acid and thyroid drugs increase the effectiveness of Sagenite.
