PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
A multivitamin preparation, the effect of which is due to the effects of its constituent components.
PHARMACOKINETICS
Data on the pharmacokinetics of the drug are not available.
INDICATIONS
Prevention of vitamin deficiency in the following cases:
- Unbalanced and malnutrition;
- increased demand for vitamins (including with the observance of various diets).
DOSING MODE
Children aged 1 to 3 years are prescribed 5 ml (1 tea l.) / Day.
Children older than 4 years and adults - 10 ml (2 tea). / Day.
Before use, the contents of the vial should be shaken.
SIDE EFFECT
Possible: allergic reactions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Application of the preparation Sana-salt В® - The multivitamin complex is safe in pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Children aged 1 to 3 years are prescribed 5 ml (1 tea l.) / Day.
Children older than 4 years and adults - 10 ml (2 tea). / Day.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
It should be noted that the composition of the drug includes sorbitol (10 ml contains 5 g of sorbitol). Therefore, in persons with hypersensitivity to sorbitol, in rare cases, abnormalities from the gastrointestinal tract are possible.
Sana-salt В® - It is not recommended to administer a multivitamin complex to patients with hereditary intolerance to fructose.
In patients with increased susceptibility to skin allergic reactions, the sorbate (E202), which is part of the potassium preparation, can cause allergic reactions.
OVERDOSE
Symptoms: diarrhea, skin irritation, dizziness, increased fatigue.
Treatment: conduct symptomatic therapy.
DRUG INTERACTION
Vitamin C slows down excretion, enhances the effect and side effects of sulfonamides, slows the excretion of barbiturates and salicylates.
Laxatives, which include mineral oil and colestyramine, reduce the absorption of vitamins A, D, E.
Fluorouracil, vinblastine, bleomycin, cisplatin disrupt the absorption of vitamins A, B 1 , B 6 . Penicillamine and isoniazid reduce the effectiveness of vitamin B 1 , increasing its excretion.
Isoniazid reduces the effectiveness of pyridoxine.
Sana-salt В® - a multivitamin complex should not be taken concomitantly with other preparations containing vitamin A or D, in order to avoid an overdose.
TERMS OF RELEASE FROM PHARMACY
The drug is approved for use as a means of OTC.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature of no higher than 20 В° C. Shelf life - 18 months.
