PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Helps reduce edema, leukocyte infiltration and venous thrombosis of the prostate gland, normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells, increases the amount of lecithin grains in the secretion of the acini, stimulates the muscle tone of the bladder. Reduces thrombus formation, has antiaggregant activity.
INDICATIONS
In adults for treatment:
- chronic prostatitis;
- complications after operations on the prostate gland.
DOSING MODE
The drug is administered in / m at 5-10 mg 1 time / day for 5-10 days.
Before the introduction, the drug is dissolved in 1 ml of 0.25-0.5% solution of procaine, 0.9% sodium chloride solution or water for injection.
If necessary, repeat the course (after 1-6 months).
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions are possible.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Hypersensitivity to the drug.
