Combined drug, the effect of which is due to its constituent components;
anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, antiallergic, vasoconstrictive, antiproliferative, immunosuppressive, keratolytic, antimicrobial, antifungal and local hypothermic. It inhibits the release of mediators of inflammation, prevents the accumulation of neutrophils, reduces inflammatory exudate and production of cytokines, reduces the migration of macrophages, leading to a decrease in infiltration and granulation.
Due to the presence of salicylic acid softens the skin, eliminates horny layers and promotes deeper penetration of the GCS.

Ointment has a water repellent effect and forms a protective film, protecting the skin from the effects of external moisture;
possessing a deep fat-free effect, is most suitable for the treatment of patients with dry and fragile skin.
Lotion (a solution in a fat-free basis) is easily distributed on the surface of the skin, does not adhere or dry the hair, leaves no visible traces, has a cooling effect on the skin.

If necessary, occlusal dressings are applied, which are changed every 24 hours (because of the delay in the evaporation of sweat and dermal respiration, a moist chamber is created that facilitates loosening of the stratum corneum and accelerated, deeper penetration of the drug - about 100 times greater than when applied simply).
The course of treatment is up to 3 weeks.
If you need long-term treatment, apply less often - every other day. In the treatment of chronic diseases, treatment should continue for some time after the disappearance of all symptoms to avoid relapse of the disease.
