PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

ReddyVit is a combined multivitamin preparation containing zinc microelement.
The action of ReddyVita is determined by the components that make up its composition.
Zinc is one of the most important micronutrients, plays an important role in a number of biological processes, is a coenzyme of the reactions of the synthesis of nucleic acids, participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, in the processes of cell division, their growth, regeneration.
It has a direct effect on the formation of collagenous tissues and skeleton. Deficiency of zinc in the body is reflected in the condition of the skin, hair. Zinc-containing enzymes belong to all six classes of enzymes involved in all metabolic processes in the body.
Vitamin B 1 (thiamine mononitrate) is a water-soluble vitamin that participates as a coenzyme in carbohydrate metabolism.
It is a precursor of cocarboxylase, necessary for the synthesis of nucleic acids, nucleotides, fatty acids, acetylcholine. Important for the functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B 2 (riboflavin) is a water-soluble vitamin that participates and processes of energy metabolism.
It is a coenzyme of oxidation-reduction reactions. It plays an important role in the formation of DNA, promotes the processes of tissue regeneration. It is necessary for the regulation of hematopoiesis. In the presence of riboflavin, pyriloxine and nicotinic acid are active.
Vitamin B 3 (nicotinamide) is a water-soluble vitamin.
It is part of a large number of enzymes involved in the complex process of tissue respiration. Takes part in fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Improves microcirculation in tissues.
Vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is a water-soluble vitamin.
It takes a long time to absorb amino acids from the intestine, transport them to the bloodstream, and synthesize proteins. Participates in the synthesis of gamma-aminobutyric acid (inhibitory factor in the central nervous system), the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin and nicotinic acid. Takes part in the synthesis of hemoglobin.
Folic acid - is necessary for the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, components of DNA.
Together with vitamin B 12 it participates in the process of erythrocyte maturation. Stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis. Participates in the catabolism of formic acid.
Vitamin B 12 (cyanocobalamin) is a water-soluble vitamin present in the body mainly in the form of a methylated form.
Participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, many enzymes, succinic acid. Provides synthesis of lipoproteins in myelin tissue, glutathione. It is necessary for the normal maturation of erythrocytes, cells of nerve membranes, growth of the organism.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin.
It plays an important role in regulating redox processes. Participates in the synthesis of collagen, the formation of cell membranes and the normalization of the permeability of capillaries: reflation of carbohydrate metabolism, clotting of blood; activates enzymes involved in the metabolism of folic acid, the synthesis of steroid hormones and catecholamines, promotes the absorption of iron from the digestive tract.
Calcium pantothenate is the salt of pantothenic acid (vitamin B 5 ).
It is part of the coenzyme A. which plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates of fats and proteins. Promotes the construction and regeneration of epithelium and endothelium.
INDICATIONS

Deficiency of zinc, B vitamins and ascorbic acid.

Conditions accompanied by an increased need for B vitamins, ascorbic acid, zinc:

- Unbalanced and malnutrition;

- prolonged therapy with antibiotics;

- impaired absorption of vitamins against diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disorders;

- period of pregnancy and lactation;

- with violation of absorption of vitamins in old age;

In complex therapy in the period of convalescence after infectious diseases, injuries.

DOSING MODE

Adults: 1 capsule 1 time per day inside after eating or otherwise as directed by a doctor.
It is recommended to swallow the capsule whole, without chewing, with a small amount of water.
The course of treatment is 30 days.
Repeated courses - on the recommendation of a doctor

SIDE EFFECT

Allergic reactions.
Zinc salts can cause irritation of the gastric mucosa.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

- childhood;

- increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

With caution: with diabetes, gout and severe violations of the liver.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

Reddit can be prescribed to pregnant and lactating women with established deficiency of zinc, B vitamins and ascorbic acid.

APPLICATION FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE FUNCTION OF KIDNEYS

With caution: with severe violations of the liver.

APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN

Contraindicated in childhood.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

ReddyVit can not replace the basic therapy of a primary disease.

It is not recommended to take ReddyVita in the presence of folate-dependent tumors.

Due to the presence of nicotinamide in the preparation, it should be administered with caution in case of diabetes, gout and severe impairment of liver function.

The intake of iron preparations in the treatment or prevention of iron deficiency anemia can reduce the absorption of zinc in the digestive tract.
Since the composition of ReddyVita contains ascorbic acid, it is possible to obtain a distorted result in the sample for the presence of glucose in urine using the Benedict method, therefore, test systems that are independent of the presence of ascorbic acid should be used.
Taking the drug may cause urine to stain bright yellow, which is absolutely harmless and is explained by the presence of riboflavin in the formulation.

DRUG INTERACTION

Pyridoxine reduces the activity of levodopa (however, this phenomenon is not observed when combined with dopacarboxylase);
reduces the plasma concentration of phenobarbital. Isoniazid, penicillamine and oral contraceptives increase the need for pyridoxine.
Cyanocobalamin - absorption from the digestive tract decreases under the influence of neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, antagonists of H 2 - histamine receptors, colchicine.
The concentration of cyanocobalamin in the plasma may decrease with oral contraceptives. These interactions are not clinically significant, but they should be taken into account when determining the vitamin content in the blood. Parenteral administration of chloramphenicol weakens the therapeutic effect of vitamin B 12in the treatment of anemia.
Folic acid can cause a decrease in the concentration of phenytoin in the serum.

Nicotinic acid when combined with statins increases the risk of myopathies and acute necrosis of skeletal muscles.
Nicotinamide may increase the need for insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents.
Ascorbic acid increases the absorption of iron.

Absorption of zinc is reduced in the presence of iron-containing preparations, penicillamine, phosphorus-containing preparations, tetracyclines.
Preparations containing zinc, reduce the absorption of copper and iron ions, ciprofloxacin, penicillamine and tetracyclines.
