* - the collection is pre-processed on a steam extract from a mixture of plant raw materials: azadirahty of Indian seeds and leaves, high bark ailant, bloomy resinous, ecliptic white whole plant, onion leaves quilt, araus of ordinary rhizomes, nightshade black whole plant, mimosa of a shy whole plant.

PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
The drug has astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, venotonic, angioprotective action. Local application of the ointment helps reduce signs of venous stasis, swelling, bleeding, improvement of microcirculation, disappearance of hemorrhoids. The drug accelerates the healing process, reduces irritation of the skin and mucous membranes. Thanks to analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect facilitates the process of defecation.
INDICATIONS
- hemorrhoids of the 1-2 stage;
- proctitis.
DOSING MODE
Locally. Adults : 2 times / day (morning and evening), as well as before and after each act of defecation. The duration of the course of therapy is 14-28 days. If necessary, the course of therapy can be extended.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions are possible .
After application of the ointment, a slight burning sensation may be possible, tingling in the anus area for 10-15 min, which does not require additional therapy and cancellation.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- massive bleeding from the hemorrhoids;
- Acute thrombosis of hemorrhoids;
- Pregnancy;
- lactation period;
- children's age till 18 years;
- Hypersensitivity to individual components of the drug.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated in children under 18 years.
OVERDOSE
To date, cases of overdose have not been described.
DRUG INTERACTION
Joint use of Pilex tablets and Pilex gem ointment helps to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Possible use with other anti-hemorrhoidal drugs in the course of complex therapy.
