PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Alfa-adrenoblocker, affects mainly the presynaptic central and peripheral?
2- adrenoreceptors. Strengthens the flow of blood to the organs of the small pelvis (including the genitals). Increases libido and potency. Has antidiuretic effect, causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure.
PHARMACOKINETICS

C max is reached after 1.3 hours. After 10 minutes after ingestion, it penetrates through the BBB and is found in the cerebrospinal fluid, about 17% is determined in the brain tissues for 6 hours. It is metabolized in the liver. T 1/2 - 0.6 h.
INDICATIONS
Treatment of psychogenic and functional impotence, atony of the bladder, climax in men.

DOSING MODE
Take inside 5 mg 3 times / day.

SIDE EFFECT

CONTRAINDICATIONS
