PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Cholagogue (cholekinetic). It also has a negative chronotropic and hypotensive effect, stimulates labor activity.
INDICATIONS
- chronic reactive hepatitis;
- hepatocholecystitis;
- cholecystitis;
- cholelithiasis.
DOSING MODE
Inside, 5-10 mg 3 times / day before eating. The course of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
SIDE EFFECT
Decrease in blood pressure, bradycardia. Increased myometrium tone.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
hypersensitivity;
- Pregnancy.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
