PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
B-190 refers to a 1- adrenomimetics of direct action. It has a radioprotective effect and has a great breadth of therapeutic effect.
Acceptance of the drug by a practically healthy person, both at rest and under moderate physical exertion, causes a number of characteristic effects, the main ones of which are: the pilomotor reaction (goosebumps); paresthesia in the face, scalp and upper half of the trunk; slowing heart rate; increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The drug has vasoconstrictive effect, increases the blood supply of the spleen and kidneys.
These pharmacodynamic effects at rest are more pronounced than with exercise; they occur in the first minutes after administration, reach a maximum of 5-30 minutes and disappear in most cases in an hour and a half after the application of the drug.
B-190, having spasmolytic activity, inhibits peristalsis and reduces intestinal tone, prevents the development of diarrhea, has no hyperglycemic properties, and has no bronchodilator effect.
PHARMACOKINETICS
Bioavailability is about 30%. C max in the blood is achieved 1-2 hours after oral administration. More than half of the injected drug is excreted by the kidneys. For a day more than 90% of the injected drug is excreted.
INDICATIONS
- as a preventive radioprotective agent in practically healthy people in emergency conditions and emergency situations when predicting the doses of radiation that cause the development of acute radiation sickness.
DOSING MODE
The preparation in the crushed form is used inside in a dose of 0.45 g (3 tab.), For 15-20 minutes before the expected irradiation. It is allowed to take the drug again with an interval of 1 hour.
SIDE EFFECT
When the drug is used, it is possible to increase blood pressure, decrease the pulse to 38-40 beats / min, and also AV-dissociation and AV blockade. If you experience any of the symptoms, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- arterial hypertension;
- heart rhythm and conduction disorders;
- IHD;

DRUG INTERACTION
