PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Antimicrobial agent for external use.
Has antimicrobial effect. It is active against gram-positive bacteria: Propionibacterium, Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Has keratolytic effect, improves oxygenation of tissues, process of granulation of ulcers of lower extremities.
Reduces fat formation by sebaceous glands of the skin.
PHARMACOKINETICS
With external application is almost not absorbed.
A small amount is absorbed by the skin. Metabolized with the formation of benzoic acid. It is excreted by the kidneys in the form of benzoate.
INDICATIONS
Vulgar acne (including drained acne - as part of complex therapy).

Ulcers of the legs of various genesis (including trophic).

DOSING MODE
Apply externally.
For the treatment of acne, 5% of the gel is applied to the affected skin 1 time / day for 2-3 weeks, then go to 10% gel, which is used until the disappearance of skin manifestations.
In the treatment of ulcers, 10% gel is applied with the application of an occlusive dressing 2 times / day for 2-3 weeks.
Lotion is used to wash the affected areas 1-2 times a day until the symptoms disappear.
SIDE EFFECT
Local reactions: skin hyperemia, allergic reactions, dry skin, locally irritating effect.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to benzoyl peroxide.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
C caution should be used during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Use with caution in children under 12 years of age.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Use with caution in children under 12 years of age.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
