PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Phytopreparation with expectorant and anti-inflammatory action.

INDICATIONS

As part of a comprehensive therapy of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with hard-to-recover sputum, as well as spastic cough:

tracheitis;

- bronchitis;

- tracheobronchitis.

DOSING MODE

Syrup should be taken undiluted after eating.

Recommended doses are presented in the table.

Children aged 6 months to 1 year 1 teaspoon 1 time / day

Young children 1 teaspoon 2 times / day

Children of school age 1 tablespoon 2 times / day

Adults 1-2 tablespoons 3-5 times / day

Duration of the drug is determined individually, depending on the severity of the disease, and for mild forms is 2 weeks.
It is recommended to take the drug for another 2-3 days after the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease.
The patient should be warned about the need to see a doctor if improvement in the condition is not observed after 2-3 weeks.

SIDE EFFECT

Possible: allergic reactions (including because of the content of the preparation of alkyl-4-hydroxybenzoates).

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

When prescribing the drug, it should be borne in mind that the syrup contains 6.5 vol% ethanol.

The total sugar content (in terms of sucrose) is 0.6 g / ml.
In 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains 0.25 XE or 3.0 g of sucrose, in 1 tablespoon (10 ml) - 0.5 XE or 6.0 g of sucrose.
It is not recommended simultaneous use of antitussive drugs.

If the syrup becomes turbid or precipitation occurs, the drug should not be used.

OVERDOSE
