PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Infusion of the herb of violets exerts an expectorant and anti-inflammatory effect, exhibits moderate choleretic and diuretic properties.
INDICATIONS
Applied in the complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system (including tracheitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, whooping cough).
DOSING MODE
About 8 g (2 tablespoons) of the herbs are placed in a glass or enameled pot, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of cooled boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath with periodic stirring for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes , filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. Conducting a second course is possible after consulting a doctor.Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
