PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
The preparation of iron with a complex of vitamins, for ingestion, contained in a capsule, which contains microdialysis granules and provides a gradual separation of the constituents.
The drug is used for chronic blood loss, alimentary iron deficiency, increased need for iron.
Iron is necessary for the normal functioning of hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytochrome, peroxidase and catalase. Being a structural component of heme, takes part in hemopoiesis.
The presence of ascorbic acid and vitamin B in the microdialysis granules in combination with iron improves the absorption of iron, prevents the prooxidant effect of iron.
Thiamin is involved as a cofactor of enzymes in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system.
Nicotinamide participates in cellular respiration.
Riboflavin is the most important catalyst in the processes of cellular respiration and visual perception.
Pyridoxine as a coenzyme is involved in the metabolism of amino acids, proteins, the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Calcium pantothenate - an integral part of coenzyme A, is involved in the processes of acetylation and oxidation of fats and carbohydrates.
Vitamins restore the disturbed metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the development of dystrophic disorders in the body caused by latent iron deficiency and vitamin deficiency.
INDICATIONS
- treatment and prevention of latent iron deficiency against the background of profuse and / or prolonged menstruation, pregnancy, lactation;
- hypovitaminosis group B.
DOSING MODE
With latent iron deficiency - 1 caps. 1 time / day. The course of treatment - 1 month.
For the prevention of latent iron deficiency (with abundant and prolonged menstruation) - 1 caps. 1-2 days before, during, and 1-2 days after the end of menstruation.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, pain in the epigastric region, dizziness.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is possible to stain urine in a bright yellow color, which is not clinically significant and is explained by the presence of riboflavin in the formulation.

DRUG INTERACTION
It is not recommended simultaneous use of other multivitamin complexes in order to avoid an overdose.
It should not be prescribed simultaneously with antacids containing salts of aluminum, magnesium, calcium, t. decreases the absorption of iron.
Iron reduces the absorption of tetracycline drugs.
Pyridoxine reduces the therapeutic effect of levodopa.
