PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

INDICATIONS
Thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery, thromboembolism of cerebral vessels, myocardial infarction, acute thrombophlebitis, exacerbation of chronic thrombophlebitis.
DOSING MODE
In / in (drip) in a 0.9% solution of sodium chloride (100-160 units per 1 ml of solution) with the addition of heparin (at a rate of 10 thousand ED for every 20,000 fibrinolysin). The daily dose of fibrinolysin is up to 20-40 thousand AD. The duration of administration is 3-4 hours.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hemorrhagic diathesis, bleeding, open wounds, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, nephritis, hypofibrinogenemia, tuberculosis (acute form), radiation sickness, hypersensitivity to fibrinolysin.
