PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined drug, the effect of which is due to the properties of its constituent substances. Has a sedative and spasmolytic effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep.
Ethyl ОІ-bromoisovaleric acid has a sedative (like the effect of valerian) and spasmolytic action.
Phenobarbital enhances the sedative effect of other components and has a mild hypotensive effect.
Peppermint oil has a reflex vasodilating and antispasmodic effect.
INDICATIONS
As a sedative and vasodilator:
- insomnia (violation of falling asleep);
- cardialgia;
- sinus tachycardia;
- neurotic states;
- vegetative lability;
- Irritability;
- hypochondriacal syndrome;
- Arterial hypertension (early stages).
As an antispasmodic:
- spasm of the musculature of the digestive tract (intestinal and biliary colic).
DOSING MODE
Inside, before meals, 15-30 drops, previously dissolved in a small amount (30-50 ml) of water, 2-3 times a day. A single dose, if necessary (for example, with tachycardia) can be increased to 40-50 cap.
Children - 3-15 cap / day (depending on the age and clinical picture of the disease).
Duration of the drug is determined by the doctor individually.
SIDE EFFECT
Drowsiness, dizziness, decreased ability to concentrate, allergic reactions.
With long-term administration - chronic bromine poisoning (depression, apathy, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, hemorrhagic diathesis, movement coordination disorders);drug dependence.
