PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Means of plant origin. Contains triterpene saponins - glycosides AF; triterpene alcohols - monools, diols, triols; flavonoids, including isoramnetin and quercetin glycosides; hydroxycoumarins, including scopoletin, umbelliferone, esculetin; kartonoidy - lutein, tsezaksantin; essential oils - alpha-cadinol, T-cadinol, fatty acids; water-soluble polysaccharides - ramanoarabinogalactans, arabinogalactans. Has anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the permeability of capillaries. Due to the presence of terpenic alkaloids, lactone and flavones have antimicrobial activity.
It helps to increase the metabolic function of the liver (bile composition improves, bilirubin and cholesterol concentration decreases), increases secretory and excretory functions, stimulates reparative processes in the digestive tract.
INDICATIONS
Burns, purulent wounds, cuts, cracks in the anus; pharyngitis, tonsillitis; inflammatory diseases of the mouth (gingivitis, pyorrhea, inflammatory-dystrophic form of periodontitis) and upper respiratory tract; in the combination therapy of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis, diseases of the gallbladder and bile ducts.
DOSING MODE
It is applied inside, locally, externally. The dosage regimen is set individually, depending on the indications and dosage form.
SIDE EFFECT
Possible: allergic reactions; when ingested - a feeling of bitterness in the mouth, a burning sensation in the epigastric region, pain in the abdomen.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to calendula preparations.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
With peptic ulcer and gastritis with high acidity used together with antacids and antispasmodics.
