PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined preparation of plant origin.
The belladonna leaf has m-anticholinergic and spasmolytic effects. Prevents the stimulating effect of acetylcholine; reduces the secretion of salivary, gastric, bronchial, lacrimal, sweat glands, pancreas. Reduces the muscle tone of the gastrointestinal tract, bile duct and gallbladder; causes tachycardia, improves AV-conduction. It dilates the pupils, hinders the outflow of the intraocular fluid, increases the intraocular pressure, causes paralysis of accommodation.
Lily of the valley tincture has cardiotonic action.
Valerian rhizome with roots has a sedative and spasmolytic effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep. Sedation is slow, but fairly stable. Has a choleretic effect, increases the secretion of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, slows down the heart rhythm, dilates the coronary vessels. The action on the activity of the myocardium is mediated through neuroregulatory mechanisms and a direct influence on the automatism and the conduction system of the heart.
Menthol - local irritant, has a venotonic, analgesic, reflex coronary and anti-anginal action.
INDICATIONS
- Functional disorders of the cardiovascular system;
- increased nervous excitability;
- chronic heart failure (as part of complex therapy).
DOSING MODE
Take inside 20-25 drops 2-3 times / day.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions, muscle weakness, headache.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
hypersensitivity;
- an angle-closure glaucoma;
- endocarditis;
- myocarditis.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
During the treatment period, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention, speed of psychomotor reactions and good vision.
DRUG INTERACTION
Increases the effect of hypnotic drugs and drugs that depress the central nervous system.
