PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

The productive symptomatology of psychotic genesis (acute delusional, hallucinatory, affective disorders) practically does not affect, rarely a decrease in affective tension, delusional disorders. INDICATIONS
- neurotic and neurosis-like conditions (anxiety, fear, irritability, emotional lability, insomnia, psychopathy);
- vegetative lability (including diencephalic pathology);

- An abstinent alcoholic syndrome, an alcoholism (complex treatment).
DOSING MODE
Primalmayut inside, 20-50 mg 3 times / day. If necessary, the dose is gradually increased until a therapeutic effect is obtained.
The average dose in the treatment of patients with neurotic and neurosis-like disorders is 60-150 mg / day, with migraines and logoneuroses 40-60 mg / day.
To stop alcohol withdrawal, the initial dose is 50 mg, the average daily dose is 150 mg; the maximum daily dose is 500 mg.
Duration of treatment - from several days to 1-2 months, duration - is determined by the patient's condition and tolerability of the drug.
SIDE EFFECT
From the side of the central nervous system: drowsiness, lethargy, myasthenia gravis, slowing of the speed of mental and motor reactions, addiction, drug dependence, unsteadiness of gait, decreased ability to concentrate, short-term memory impairment.
Other : dyspepsia, decreased potency and / or libido, dysmenorrhea, allergic reactions.
