PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Means of plant origin. Has anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antioxidant effect. Saponins show antibacterial and antifungal activity. Triterpenoids alpha-hederin, hederosaponins exert spasmolytic, mucolytic and expectorant action. Flavonoids (rutin, kempferol derivatives) improve microcirculation, show hepato- and nephroprotective properties, increase diuresis, promote the excretion of uric acid salts.
INDICATIONS
Acute and chronic infectious-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system, accompanied by a persistent dry cough; hepatocholecystitis, pyelonephritis, nephrolithiasis, gout; dermatitis, purulent wounds, burns.
DOSING MODE
Apply in the form of a prepared infusion of leaves inside - 15-50 ml 2-3 times / day; externally or topically for rinses, rinses, lotions. The course of treatment is 2-6 weeks.
