PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Increases the activity of endothelial NO synthase, restores the production of endothelium nitric oxide (NO) during sexual stimulation, increases the content of smooth muscle cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and promotes their relaxation, which leads to increased blood filling of the cavernous bodies and provides sufficient strength and duration an erection.

The drug increases libido (sexual desire) and satisfaction with sexual intercourse.

Regular use of the drug promotes an increase in serum testosterone (with a moderately reduced baseline).

INDICATIONS

- Erectile dysfunction (erectile dysfunction) of various origin;

- vegetative disorders of climacteric period in men (weakness, fatigue, decreased physical activity, decreased libido, etc.).

DOSING MODE

At one time - 1 tablet (keep in your mouth until completely dissolved - not during meals).

Regular reception.

In case of an accidental overdose, dyspepsia is possible due to the excipients included in the formulation.

DRUG INTERACTION

It is possible to use Impaza on the background of nitrate intake in patients with IHD (angina pectoris I-II functional class), and also in combination with beta-adrenoblockers, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, calcium antagonists.
