PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Decoction of roots and rhizomes of elecampane exerts an expectorant effect.
INDICATIONS
Applied in adults and children over 12 years as an expectorant for inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
DOSING MODE
About 16 g (2 tablespoons) of roots and rhizomes are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze out. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day for 1 hour before meals. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
SIDE EFFECT
Possible allergic reactions, heartburn, increased pain in the abdomen.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the drug, kidney disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Contraindicated in pregnancy, during lactation.

Contraindicated in diseases of the kidneys.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated in children under 12 years.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE
In a dry place protected from light. Ready to boil stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life - 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
