PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Means of plant origin.
Cyclobenthane triterpenoids, incl. shengmanol, acetylsilgmanol, have an antihypertensive and sedative effect, increase myocardial contractility, without affecting the heart rate. In combination with saponins and phytosterol, they exhibit lipid-lowering, antioxidant and angioprotective activity.
It has an estrogen-like effect due to binding to the estrogen receptors of hypothalamic neurons (affecting the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary system).
This leads to a decrease in GnRH secretion and a subsequent decrease in LH secretion in the anterior pituitary gland. Reducing the release of gonadotropins leads to the elimination of psychoemotional and vegetovascular disorders that occur in the pre-climacteric and climacteric periods and are caused by a sharp decrease in the production of estrogens with a simultaneous increase in the secretion of LH and FSH.
Increases diuresis, increases the secretion of digestive glands, relaxes the smooth muscles of the intestines and urinary tracts, has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect.

INDICATIONS
NDC on the hypertonic type, mild arterial hypertension, prevention of atherosclerosis, climacteric neurosis, migraine, insomnia, pregnancy toxicity accompanied by hypertension.

DOSING MODE
Ingest, the course of treatment is 1-1.5 months.

SIDE EFFECT
Rarely: allergic reactions, transient pain in the stomach.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to klopogonu.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
