PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined drug used for erectile dysfunction. The complex of biologically active substances of Tenteks forte has a stimulating, general toning, androgenic effect.
PHARMACOKINETICS
The therapeutic effect of Tentex forte is due to the combined effect of its components, therefore, it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations.
INDICATIONS
- Functional disorders of the sexual sphere in men (including the elderly), manifested by a decrease in libido (sexual desire), weakening of erection and premature ejaculation (shortening of sexual intercourse);
- restoration of sexual activity after somatic diseases.
DOSING MODE
In functional sexual disorders, accompanied by a weak erection, the drug is prescribed 2 tab. 2 times / day (morning and evening for 0.5-1 h before bedtime), washed down with milk or tea.
To restore sexual activity after suffering somatic diseases - 2 tab. 2 times / day, washed down with milk or tea, for 3-4 weeks, then - as necessary.
With a weak sexual activity in elderly men - 2 tab. 2 times / day for 45-50 days. The course of treatment should be repeated every 6 months.
SIDE EFFECT
Possible: allergic reactions, increased blood pressure.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- arterial hypertension;
- severe atherosclerosis;
- chronic kidney disease (chronic renal failure, chronic pyelonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic and hypertensive nephropathy);
- Chronic heart failure;
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
APPLICATION FOR FUNCTIONS OF THE LIVER
Contraindicated in chronic kidney disease (chronic renal failure, chronic pyelonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic and hypertensive nephropathy).
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
When developing allergic reactions, the drug should be discarded and desensitizing therapy should be prescribed.
When the blood pressure is increased, the dose of the drug should be reduced, and if necessary, cancel the drug.
OVERDOSE
At present, there have been no reports of overdose of Tentex forte.
DRUG INTERACTION
Combined application of the drug with cream of chymolin (locally) promotes the enhancement of the therapeutic effect.

The drug is approved for use as a means of OTC.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE
The drug should be stored in a dry place at a temperature of 10 В° to 30 В° C. Shelf life - 3 years.
