PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Combined herbal preparation, the effect of which is due to the effects of its constituent components.

The drug has a restorative, spasmolytic, choleretic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, local anesthetic effect.
Increases nonspecific resistance of the body, normalizes metabolism, has a mild soothing effect.
The drug has a general strengthening effect on the human body and stimulates its adaptive reactions.
Reduces the negative impact of stress, incl. and in the process of recovery, contributes to a more complete rehabilitation and reconvalescence after surgical interventions and infectious diseases. Regulates the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes appetite. Has a choleretic effect, positively affects the intestinal microflora, improves the detoxification function of the liver. The drug has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscle of the internal organs (including the gastrointestinal tract). Has moderate mucolytic effect in the complex treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases. When topical application has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, analgesic effect. PHARMACOKINETICS

The action of the drug is the result of the combined effect of its components, therefore, it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations;
all components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
INDICATIONS

For oral administration:

- as a sedative with increased nervous excitability and sleep disorders;

- as a general restorative in the period of recovery after illnesses, operations, increased physical and mental stress, trauma, stress;

- in the complex therapy of gastrointestinal diseases (peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, chronic gastritis outside the stage of exacerbation, biliary dyskinesia, propensity to constipation);

- as part of complex therapy during rehabilitation in patients with cardiovascular diseases;

- as part of complex therapy of lipid metabolism disorders, hyperlipidemia;

- as a means of increasing nonspecific resistance of the organism, in patients with secondary immunological failure (including radiotherapy).

For topical application:

- Post-traumatic pain (as a local anti-inflammatory and analgesic);

- Insect bites (for the removal of inflammation and itching);

- treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of the pharynx and oral cavity.

DOSING MODE

For oral administration

In diseases of the gastrointestinal tract with normal or low acidity , 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) of undiluted or diluted in 50-100 ml of water or tea of ​​the drug 3 times / day 30 minutes before meals are prescribed.
With increased acidity appoint 2-3 times / day after 1 hour after eating. The course of treatment - 1 month.

For topical application

As a local anti-inflammatory agent in acute or exacerbation of chronic inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx, 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of the preparation are diluted in a sufficient amount of water.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

With a high level of basal secretion of gastric juice, taking the drug on an empty stomach can be accompanied by mild heartburn or discomfort.
In this case, it is recommended to take the drug one hour after eating.
It is not recommended to apply undiluted drug to open wounds due to the possibility of local cauterizing action of alcohol.

The drug is not prescribed concomitantly with drugs that are prohibited from drinking alcohol.

OVERDOSE
