PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Stimulates reparative processes in skin and mucous membrane lesions of various etiology (wound, radiation, burn, ulcer). Has a restorative effect, has antioxidant and cytoprotective effect. Reduces the intensity of free-radical processes and protects against damage to cellular and subcellular membranes. The pharmacological action is due to the presence of carotene (provitamin A), tocopherols (vitamin E) and other lipophilic substances in the preparation.

INDICATIONS
In complex therapy as a wound-healing agent for skin and mucous membrane damage:
in gastroenterology:
- Stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer;
in gynecology:
- colpitis;
- endocervicitis;
- cervical erosion;
in otorhinolaryngology:
- Postoperative wounds in order to accelerate healing;
in proctology:
- external hemorrhoids;
- cracks in the rectum;
in surgery:
- for stimulation of reparative processes for wound lesions of the skin, radiation lesions, burns.
DOSING MODE
Inside, topically, externally.
Inside: with peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, the drug is taken 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
Locally: with colpitis, endocervicitis, cervical erosion, external hemorrhoids, rectal cracks are used in the form of tampons, richly impregnated with sea-buckthorn oil. The course of treatment for colpitis -10-15 procedures, with endocervicitis, cervical erosion - 8-12 procedures, with external hemorrhoids, rectal cracks - 5-7 procedures.
Outer: when skin lesions are used in the form of oil bandages. On the previously cleared skin from the necrotic tissue, the sea buckthorn oil is applied, and then a cotton-gauze dressing is applied, which is changed every other day. Treatment is carried out until the appearance of granulations.
In otorhinolaryngology - with tympanoplasty, after treatment of the wound with antibiotics or hydrocortisone, tampons richly impregnated with sea-buckthorn oil, the wound surface is plastered. The course of treatment is 7-10 procedures.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions are possible; when taking the drug inside - a feeling of bitterness in the mouth, diarrhea, biliary colic; at local and external application it is possible burning sensation.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- hypersensitivity to the drug;
- children's age till 12 years;
when applied orally:
- cholecystitis;
- cholangitis;
- pancreatitis;
- cholelithiasis;

with rectal administration:
- diarrhea;
with external and local application:
profuse bleeding;
- copious purulent discharge from the wound.
With caution: when ingestion - pregnancy, child age over 12 years.

The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus or the baby. It is necessary to consult a doctor.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated for children under 12 years.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms
The use of the drug does not affect the performance of potentially dangerous activities requiring an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher, operator).
