PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Hemostatic agent used in hemophilia A. Promotes the transition of prothrombin to thrombin and the formation of a fibrin clot.

PHARMACOKINETICS
In patients with hemophilia, A T 1/2 is 12 hours.

The coagulation factor VIII activity is reduced by 15% for 12 hours.

DOSING MODE
