PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Combined multivitamin preparation with micro- and macro elements, the effect of which is due to the effects of its constituent components.

Compatibility of components in one tablet is provided by a special technology for the production of vitamin-mineral complexes.

? -tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) has antioxidant properties, maintains the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis;
has a positive effect on the functions of the sex glands, nervous and muscle tissue. Deficiency of vitamin E in early pregnancy can be the cause of miscarriage.
Retinol acetate (vitamin A) plays an important role in oxidation-reduction processes, participates in the synthesis of mucopolysaccharides, proteins, lipids.
Promotes normal sperm and oogenesis, placenta development, growth, normal development and differentiation of embryonic tissues, incl. epithelial structures and bone tissue.Participates in the formation of visual pigments necessary for normal twilight and color vision, ensures the integrity of epithelial tissues, regulates the growth of bones.
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B 1 ) as coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system.

Riboflavin (vitamin B 2 ) is the most important catalyst in the processes of cellular respiration and visual perception.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B 6 ) as a coenzyme takes part in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
During pregnancy is necessary for women who have previously taken oral contraceptives, depleting the reserves of pyridoxine in the body.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B 12 ) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in normal growth, hematopoiesis and the development of epithelial cells;
is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.
Nicotinamide (vitamin PP) is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) provides the synthesis of collagen, participates in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of cartilage tissue, bones and teeth, affects the formation of hemoglobin, the maturation of red blood cells.
Vitamin C increases the body's resistance to infections, reduces inflammatory reactions.
Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B 5 ) as an integral part of coenzyme A plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation;
contributes to the construction, regeneration of the epithelium and endothelium.
Folic acid (vitamin B c ) takes part in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids;
is necessary for normal erythropoiesis. In the early stages of pregnancy reduces the risk of developing fetal neural tube defects, as well as the risk of malformations of the maxillofacial region.
Iron is involved in erythropoiesis; in the hemoglobin, it provides oxygen transport to tissues;
prevents the development of anemia in pregnant women, especially in the II and III trimesters of pregnancy.
Copper prevents anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, promotes the prevention of osteoporosis, strengthens the walls of blood vessels.

Manganese has anti-inflammatory properties, prevents the development of osteoarthritis.

Zinc is necessary for the normal formation of the fetal skeleton and tissue regeneration, is involved in the formation of certain hormones, including insulin;
reduces the likelihood of developing a number of intrauterine anomalies. In combination with retinol it promotes the formation of normal twilight and color vision.
Magnesium normalizes blood pressure, has a sedative effect, reduces the likelihood of pre-eclampsia, spontaneous abortion, premature birth.

Calcium is involved in the formation of bone tissue, promotes normal clotting of blood, is involved in the processes of transmission of nerve impulses, cuts of skeletal and smooth muscles, in the regulation of cardiac activity.

Phosphorus strengthens bone tissue and teeth, enhances mineralization, is part of ATP - a source of energy cells.

PHARMACOKINETICS

The action of the drug is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations;
all components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays.
INDICATIONS

Prevention and treatment of hypovitaminosis and mineral deficiency:

- in preparation for pregnancy;

- during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

DOSING MODE

The drug is recommended to take 1 tablet.
1 time / day during or immediately after breakfast, with plenty of fluids. The duration of the course is determined individually.
SIDE EFFECT

Possible: allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- hypervitaminosis A;

- high content of calcium and iron in the body;

- urolithiasis disease;

- pernicious B 12- deficiency anemia;

- childhood;

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

The drug is used in pregnancy and lactation according to the indications in the recommended doses.

APPLICATION FOR FUNCTIONS OF THE LIVER

The drug is contraindicated for use in urolithiasis.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Do not recommend taking this medication simultaneously with other multivitamin preparations in order to avoid an overdose.

When prescribing the drug should be borne in mind that the daily dose of retinol acetate during pregnancy should not exceed 5000 IU.

It is possible to stain urine in an intense yellow color, which is not dangerous, because
is due to the presence of riboflavin in the formulation.
OVERDOSE

The patient should be informed that an overdose should be referred to a doctor.

Treatment: temporary discontinuation of the drug, gastric lavage, reception of activated charcoal;
if necessary, conduct symptomatic therapy.
DRUG INTERACTION

The drug contains iron and calcium, so when combined use of antibiotics of the tetracycline group and fluoroquinolones, the absorption of the latter from the digestive tract slows down.

Ascorbic acid enhances the pharmacological action and side effects of antimicrobial agents from the sulfonamides group (including the risk of developing crystalluria).

With the simultaneous use of antacid drugs, which include aluminum, calcium, magnesium, and colestyramine, iron absorption decreases.

When combined with thiazide diuretics, the risk of hypercalcemia increases.

TERMS OF RELEASE FROM PHARMACY
