PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Sedative and spasmolytic (vasodilator), improving blood supply and myocardial metabolism. The composition of the action is similar to the prescription known as a drop of Votchala.
INDICATIONS

DOSING MODE
Sublingually. 10-15 drops 3-4 times / day with a small amount of liquid or applied to a piece of sugar and kept in the mouth (under the tongue), do not swallow until completely absorbed. Taking into account individual sensitivity and tolerability, a single dose can be from 5 to 25 drops.
SIDE EFFECT
From the cardiovascular system: dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, "nitrate" headache, tachycardia, skin hyperemia, fever.
From the digestive tract: dry mouth, nausea. In the presence of side effects, it is recommended to reduce the dose of the drug for a single dose.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

OVERDOSE
Symptoms: marked decrease in arterial pressure with orthostatic dysregulation, reflex tachycardia, headache; asthenia can develop; dizziness, increased drowsiness, a feeling of heat, nausea, vomiting.

DRUG INTERACTION
Simultaneous application with vasodilators, antihypertensive agents, ACE inhibitors, beta-adrenoblockers, slow calcium channel blockers, procainamide, tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, and also ethanol, enhances the hypotensive effect.
