PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined preparation of plant origin. Has moderate cardiotonic and sedative effect, reduces the excitability of the heart muscle.
PHARMACOKINETICS
When ingested quickly absorbed, and its maximum concentration (by analysis of alcohol in the blood) is reached within 5-7 minutes.
The distribution period for organs and tissues (according to flavonoid analyzes) is 55-100 minutes.
The half-life of the drug from the body is 95 -105 minutes.
INDICATIONS
- Functional disorders of the cardiovascular system (cardialgia, arrhythmia);
- neurotic states;
- vegetative lability;
- as a sedative in geriatrics (patients older than 60 years).
DOSING MODE
Inside, in the form of a solution, which is prepared before use by diluting 1 teaspoon of the drug with three teaspoons of boiled water. Take 1 teaspoon of the prepared solution 3 times a day for 25-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 15-25 days. The expediency of conducting repeated courses is determined by the doctor.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions (hives, itchy skin), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle weakness, headache are possible.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- increased blood coagulability;
- cardiosclerosis;

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The drug contains at least 50% ethanol. In the maximum single dose of the preparation (1 tsp solution prepared before use), the content of absolute ethyl alcohol (ethanol) is about 0.5 g, at the maximum daily dose of the preparation (3 tsp solution prepared before use) - about 1.5 g.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms
During the period of treatment, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities requiring increased attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
OVERDOSE
In case of an overdose, dose-dependent side effects may be increased. Treatment is symptomatic.
When the drug is used in large doses, drowsiness, lowering of arterial pressure, arrhythmia, and rarely dizziness occur when the dose of the drug is lowered or canceled. With prolonged use of the drug in large doses, complaints from the gastrointestinal tract (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) can be noted.
DRUG INTERACTION
With the combined use of the drug with cardiac glycosides (digoxin, strophanthin, etc.), the cardiotonic effect increases, with beta-adrenoblockers - an increase in the hypotensive effect.
