PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
The drug that replenishes the deficit of micro and macro elements and regulates metabolic processes.
Drops Beresh Plus contain water-soluble salts of minerals and trace elements.
Zinc is an important component of a number of enzymes, including. carboxypeptidase, oxidoreductase, transferase, alcohol dehydrogenase; plays an important role in the functioning of T-lymphocytes and is involved in the metabolism of lipids and proteins; has antioxidant and immunostimulating activity.
Iron is involved in erythropoiesis, as a part of hemoglobin it provides oxygen transport to tissues.
Fluoride is needed for the mineralization of bones and teeth.
Copper is involved in tissue respiration, hematopoiesis, immune reactions.
Manganese affects the development of bone tissue, participates in tissue respiration, immune reactions.
Molybdenum is involved in redox reactions, it can act as an enzyme cofactor.
Vanadium helps maintain a stable state of hemoglobin, participates in the processes of growth and reproductive function.
Nickel is an important element in the composition of biological systems.
PHARMACOKINETICS
The action of the drug is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations; all components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays.
For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
INDICATIONS
Diseases and conditions, accompanied by increased demand for trace elements or insufficient intake of food:
- Inadequate nutrition (including with special diets, diabetes, vegetarian food);
- increased physical activity, intensive exercise;
- increased fatigue, general weakness, lack of appetite, insomnia;
- the period of convalescence after infectious-inflammatory diseases, operations;
- the period of menstruation.
DOSING MODE
With the preventive purpose, the drug is prescribed in a dose at the rate of 1 drop per 2 kg of patient's body weight per day. The daily dose is divided into 2 divided doses. The optimal effect is created after 6 weeks of continuous administration of Capel Beresh Plus.
With a therapeutic purpose, the drug is prescribed in a dose of 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight of the patient. The daily dose is divided into 3 divided doses. The duration of therapy is determined by clinical efficacy. If necessary, a repeat course of therapy is possible.
Drops Beresh Plus is recommended to be taken with meals, simultaneously with 50-100 mg of vitamin C and 50 ml of liquid (water, fruit juice, syrup, fruit tea).
SIDE EFFECT
From the digestive system: nausea, abdominal pain.
Possible: allergic reactions.
Side effects occur very rarely, primarily if the drops are taken on an empty stomach or with less than recommended volume of fluid.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- diseases associated with impaired metabolism of iron and copper (including hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, Westphalian-Wilson-Konovalov's disease);
- severe renal insufficiency;

Between the reception of Capel Beresh Plus and other drugs, an interval of at least 1 hour is necessary.
It is not recommended to take the drug together with milk or coffee, as this reduces the absorption of components.
When adding the drug to tea, the solution may darken. It is possible to eliminate the darkening of the tea by adding lemon juice or ascorbic acid.
The drug does not contain carbohydrates, preservatives and artificial dyes.
Use in Pediatrics
It is possible to use the Drop Beresh Plus drug in children weighing over 10 kg .
It is necessary to have medical control when prescribing the drug to children with a body weight of 10 to 20 kg .
