PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Spasmolytic agent myotropic action, benzimidazole derivative. Has spasmolytic effect on smooth muscles of blood vessels and internal organs. Reduces blood pressure by reducing cardiac output and expanding peripheral vessels. The hypotensive activity of bendazole is very mild, and the effect is short-lived.
Causes a shortening of the cerebral vessels.
It facilitates synaptic transmission in the spinal cord.
Immunostimulating activity is associated with regulation of the ratio of concentrations of cGMP and cAMP in immune cells (increases the content of cGMP), which leads to the proliferation of mature sensitized T and B lymphocytes, secretion of mutually regulating factors, cooperative reaction and activation of the final effector function of cells.
INDICATIONS
Arterial hypertension, hypertensive crisis.
Spasms of smooth muscles of internal organs (including stomach, intestines).
Residual phenomena of poliomyelitis, peripheral paralysis of the facial nerve.
DOSING MODE

DRUG INTERACTION
