ZANAMIVIR (Zanamivir).

     Atsetamido-5-2, 6-angidro-3, 4,5-tridezoksi-4- guanidino-D- glitsero-D - galakto- non-2- enonievaya acid.

     Synonym : Relentsa, Relenza.

     Electoral influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor, blocks replication of influenza viruses type A and B.

     Is applied to the treatment and prevention of influenza types A and B in adults and children.

     Assign inhalation : the treatment-on ingalyatsii2 2 times a day for 5 days; For prevention, to the same dose of 1 times a day for 10 days.

     Side effects (bronchospasm, cough, allergic reactions) are rare.
