     White or not white crystalline powder. Mg in the water.

     Active against HIV-1 and VICH-2. On mechanism of close to nukleozidnym stavudine and other drugs (in cells exposed to the organism fosforilirovaniyu to didezoksitsitidin-5? - Triphosphate).

     If ingestion is well absorbed, bioavailability of at least 80%, S-max 0,8 h, T? 1-3 hrs; being small biotransformation in the liver, kidneys displayed.

     Applied with HIV infection in adults.

     Assign inside of 0.75 mg three times daily.

     Possible side effects : diarrhoeal phenomenon, anorexia, ulcerated defeat oesophagus and rectum, disruption of the liver and kidney, jaundice, visual and hearing impairments, tachycardia, cardiomyopathy, tremor, convulsions, sleeping, Alopecia, anaemia, radiation, thrombocytopenia, etc.

     Contraindications : peripheral neuropathy, erozivno- ulcerative esophagitis, pancreatitis, severe disruption of liver and kidney cardiomyopathy, expressed heart failure, pregnancy, breast-feeding, age to 13 years.

     Product : 0,375 tablets of 0.75 mg and (N. 20, 100).
