     Synonyms : Kordanum, Cordanum.

     B-Kardioselektivny adrenoblokator. Has moderate negative inotropnoe and hronotropnoe effect on the heart, does not affect the b-adrenoretseptory bronchi. It has anti-hypertensive effects without causing Orthostatic Hypotension. Has antiaritmicheskoe up at sinusovoy tachycardia and supraventrikulyarnyh zheludochkovyh violations and rhythm.

     Assign with strokes, hypertension, heart rhythm irregularities (supraventrikulyarnaya and ventricular arrythmia, paroxysmal tachycardia, and fibrillation blinking predserdy, ventricular tachycardia).

     Is the inside, starting with 0.05 g (1 Bean), three times a day. If necessary, increase the dose to two pills three times a day. The maximum daily intake of 400 to 600 mg.

     Possible side effects : a feeling of warmth, dizziness, nausea, vomiting.
