REVIPARIN SODIUM (Reviparin sodium).

     Synonym : Klivarin, Clivarin.

     Diluted nizkomolekulyarnogo molecular weight heparin in 3500-4500 Dalton.

     Has pronounced and prolonged antitrombichesky effect of the blockade factor Ha. Has weak antikoagulyantnym action, in normal doses does not affect the adhesion and aggregation of platelets.

     In subcutaneous introduction absorbed quickly T? at 3-4 h.

     Applied primarily for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in the surgical intervention (subcutaneously to enter 1750 IU (0.25 ml) for 2 h before the operation, then one every day for 7-10 days.

     Side effects and contraindications are the same as those nadroparina calcium.

     Product : injection of disposable syringes by 0.25 mL (1750 IU).
