REUMITSIN (Reumycinum).

The yellow crystalline powder. Slowly and poorly soluble in water. Sensitive to the action of light.
It has antitumor activity, mainly in malignant tumors (gliomy etc.) brain. Applied usually after surgical removal of tumors in the absence of postoperative complications. Treatment begun by 7 to 8 days after the operation.
Injectable Solution prepared immediately before use. Enter endolyumbalno and (or) intravenously. For endolyumbalnogo dissolve the contents of a bottle-0.02 g (20 mg) in 10 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution, intravenous add to the contents of a bottle-0,01 g (100 mg), 200 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution, or 5% solution glucose.
