PROKARBAZIN (Procarbazin).

     N-Isopropyl parameters (metilgidrazino- 2-methyl) - benzamida hydrochloride.

     Synonyms : Natulan, Matulane, Natulan, Natulanar, Procarbazine.

     On chemical structure has similarities with nitrozometilmochevinoy (see) and dakarbazinom (see).

     I believe that the existence of prokarbazine metilgidrazinovoy group promotes the drug in Tumor Cells, and the intracellular samookisleniyu education and gidrookisnyh peroxide radicals, which essentially simulates the effects of ionizing radiation.

     Applied procarbazine with malignant diseases lymphatic tissues : with chlamydia (including generalized form), lymphosarcoma, retikulosarkome, chronic limfleykoze. The drug is often effective in cases resistant to hloretilaminam and vinblastinu (see Rozevin.) .
