     Synonyms : Lipomal, Bifenabid, Fenbutol, Lesterol, Lipomal, Lorelcol, Luisosterol, Lursele, Sinlestal, Superlipid.

     Probukol inhibits the biosynthesis of cholesterol also reduces cholesterol intake coming from food. Little effect on the concentration of blood triglycerides and LPONP.

     The drug is slowly absorbed by ingestion. Provided mainly with bile and faeces, a small degree of urine.

     Applied with NCEP, coronary vascular diseases involving giperlipoproteinemiey.
