Nimorazol (nimorazole)
NIMORAZOL (Nimorazole).
4-[2 - (5 - Nitro-1 H imidazol-1- mud) ethyl] morpholine.
Synonym : Naksodzhin, Naxogin.
Effective for some simple (including gonnorrhoea) and anaerobov bakteroidov type.
Once inside quickly and completely absorbed, C max is 25 hours; Well into the organs and tissues; Biotransformation are in the liver, kidneys predominantly displayed.
Trichomoniasis applied to men and women.
Assign an adult on the inside of 0,5 g, 2 times a day for 6 days, or 2 1 g once a day for 1-2 days.
Possible side effects : diarrhoeal phenomenon, disruption of the liver, polineyropatiya, parestezii, allergic skin reactions.
Contraindications : central nervous system disease and peripheral nerves, disruption of the liver and kidney, pregnancy, breast-feeding, childhood.
Product : tablets for 0.25 and 0.5 g (N. 6).
