MOKSIFLOKSATSIN (Moxifloxacin).
1-Tsiklopropil-6- fluorine-1, 4-digidro-8- metoksi-7- [(4aS, 7aS) - octahydro-6 H-pyrrol [3,4-b] piridin-6- d] -4 - Okseo 3-hinolinkarbonovaya acid.
Synonym : Aveloks, Avelox.
The structure similar to ciprofloxacin.
Active against most gram and several gram (staphylococci, streptococci) bacteria, anaerobov, Acid microorganisms mycoplasms, Chlamydia and legionell. Effective with the infection-resistant? - Laktamnym antibiotics, macrolides and other chemotherapy drugs.
Applied with infection of the respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue, acute sinusitis.
Recommended for use in hospitals.
Assign the interior of 0.4 g 1 per day. The course of treatment for 5 days with chronic bronchitis to 10 days in pneumonia.
Preparation is well tolerated. Could celebrated neuralgia, disruption of the liver.
Contraindicated in pregnancy, breast-feeding, childhood and adolescence.
Product : pills to 0.4 g (N. 5, 7, 10).
