LEVOFLOKSATSIN (Levofloxacin).

     Synonym : Tavanik, Tavanic.

     Optically active isomer levovraschayuschy ofloxacin.

     On spectrum antibacterial action, indications and contraindications to the use and side effects similar to ofloxacin (see). Exceeds Moldova on the other activity on pnevmokkokov, mycoplasms and Chlamydia.

     Applied primarily for respiratory tract infections.

     Assign inside (to food, not liquid) or intravenously (slowly) on 0,25-0,5 g 1-2 times a day during the 7-10 (up to 14) days.

     Method of production : tablets of 0.25 and 0.5 g (N. 10); 0.5% injection in bottles of 100 ml.
