ITRAKONAZOL (Itraconazole).

     4-[4-[4-[4-[[2 - (2,4-Dihlorfenil) -2 - (1 H-1, 2,4-triazol-1- mud methyl) -1,3 - dioxolane-4 - d] - metoksi] phenyl] - piperazinil] phenyl] -2,4 - digidro-2- (1-metoksipropil) -3 N-1, 2,4-triazol-3- it.

     Synonyms : Kanazol, Orungal, Sporanoks, Kanazol, Orungal, Sporanox.

     White with a slightly yellowish sheen powder. Nerastvorim water poorly soluble in ethanol and well in dichloromethane.

     A wide range of anti-drug actions. Active against dermophytes produced, drozhzhepodobnyh and mould fungi pathogens endemic mycosis.

     Entering into almost completely absorbed, C max at 3-4 h, T? - 24-36 h; penetrates the tissues and organs; biotransformation exposed in the liver, appears slowly (within 1 week) with urine and faeces.

     Candidiasis applied in various localization dermatomycosis (including heavy defeat wrists and feet), onihomikozah, multicolored denying, sporotrihoze, blastomikoze, histoplasmosis, aspergilleze, cryptococcosis, koktsidiodoze, parakoktsidioidomikoze.

     There oftalmomikozah with high efficiency.

     Assign inside (while eating).

     In onihomikozah applied to 0.2 g 2 times daily for 7 days (2-3 rate from 3-one week) or the same dose of 1 times a day for 3 months.

     To treat dermatomikozov appoint 0,1-0,2 1 g once a day for 7-15 days or more.

     In genital candidiasis applied on the first day of 0,2 g, 2 times a day, then spent three days in the same dose of 1 per day.

     For treatment of candidiasis rotoglotochnoy appoint 0.1 1 g once a day for 15 days.

     The systems aspergilleze, candidiasis, histoplasmosis and blastomikoze take on 0,1-0,2 g 1-2 times daily from 1-2 months to 1 year.

     Possible side effects : diarrhoeal phenomenon, disruption of the liver, jaundice holestaticheskaya, swelling, giperkaliemiya, hypoglycemia, arterial hypotension, peripheral neuropathy, allergic reactions, obstruction of menstrual flow.

     Method of issuance : capsules to 0.1 g (N. 15); 1% solution for the reception inside the bottles in 150 ml.
