     Synonym : Stokrin, Stocrin.

 

     Direct reverse transcriptase inhibitor of HIV-1, does not apply to reverse transcriptase VICH-2.

     If ingestion is well absorbed, C max 5 h, T? - 52-76 h; biotransformation are in the liver, kidneys displayed.

     Applied in the treatment of HIV infection (mostly in combination with two nukleozidnymi reverse transcriptase inhibitors). In the combined treatment nenukleozidnye reverse transcriptase inhibitors replace some of protease inhibitors.

     Assign the interior of 0.6 g adults, children 0,2-0,6 g-1 every day.

     The main side effects include neurological and psychiatric disorders (dizziness, drowsiness, depression, hallucinations, ataxy, neuralgia, convulsions, visual and hearing impairments, amnesia, etc.); There are skin rashes, diarrhoeal phenomenon stone, hematuria, peripheral oedema, arthralgia , mialgiya.

     Contraindications : pregnancy.

     Product : Capsule for 0.05 and 0.1 g (N. 30) and 0.2 g (N. 42, 90).
