     The product obtained with the acid hydrolysis of milk protein casein. Contains amino acids, and the simplest solution peptide. The total nitrogen content of 0,7 - 0,95%; Ujumis nitrogen is 40-60% of the total nitrogen content triptofana not less than 15 mg per 100 ml.

     Transparent liquid yellow-brown color to a specific smell; PH 5, 7, 6, 7.

     Applied as a source of protein for parenteral nutrition.
