HELEPIN (Helepinum).

     Purified extract from the aboveground part of the plant lespedetsy kopeechkovoy [Lespedeza hedysazoides (Pall.) Kitag, herewith. pulses Fabaceae).

     Amorphous powder greenish yellow with grayish or greenish white. Gigroskopichen.

     It has antiviral activity against DNA containing herpes virus group.

     Apply adults inside and externally with herpes zoster, a simple form of recurrent herpes, and diseases of oral cavity mucous membranes of viral origin.

     Inside take on the 0.1 - 0.2 g (1 - 2 tablets) three times daily. Local use of 5% ointment for skin and 1% ointment for skin infections. Caused by the infection 2 to 6 times a day (without dressing).

     The course of treatment from five days to four weeks.

     When herpes zoster combine reception inside of 0.1 g three times a day with the local application of a 5% or 1% ointment for 5 to 10 days.

     The product is more effective in primary forms of the disease, so treatment is recommended to start with the early signs of disease or relapse.

     Contraindications: high blood coagulability.

     Form release: tablets covered with yellow skin, to 0.1 g in the package of 10 and 20 pieces; 1% or 5% of serovatozheltogo ointment to the brown (with a greenish hue) colors in the package of 20 g.
