     Synonym: Myustoforan, Mustoforan.

     Antitumor effects associated with acid and mild karbamoilirovaniem points macromolecules in tumor cells.

     Apply in melanome, brain tumors and cancer nemelkokletochnom light.

     Assign strictly intravenously 100 mg / m2 of 1, 8 and 15 th days every 5-6 weeks, and then to the same one every three weeks.

     Possible side effects: diarrhoeic phenomenon leyko- and thrombocytopenia, increased body temperature, flebity.

     Contraindications: pregnancy, breast-feeding, child age.

     Form release: powder for injection solutions in vials of 0,208 grams together with the solvent.
