FOSFOMITSIN TROMETAMIN (Fosmomycin tromethamine).
(1R, 2S) - (1,2-Epoksipropil) fosfonovaya acid in combination with 2-amino-2- (oksimetil) -1,3 - propandiolom.
Synonym: Monural, Monural.
Active mainly against gram of microorganisms (bacteria and gemofilnaya sticks, salmonella, shigella, Proteus), including strains that are resistant to other antibiotics; Moderately active against stafilokokkov and maloaktiven-against streptococcal and enetrococci concentrations.
