ETODOLAK (Etodolac).

     1,8-butyl - 1, 3,4,9 - tetragidropirano [3,4-in] indol-1- acetic acid.

     Synonym: Elderin, Elderin.

     The white crystalline substance. Nerastvorim in water, soluble in organic solvents.

     Provides anti, blood and Analgesic effect.

     Prostaglandin hinders education.

     Quickly and completely absorbed, with max of 1-2 h, T 1 / 2-3,5-10 h; Biotransformation are in the liver, kidneys appears mostly in the form of metabolites.

     Key evidence: rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatism, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, pain syndrome.

     Assign inside (during the meal) to 0,2-0,3 g 2 times per day (up to 2 g / day).

     The main side effects: dispersion, ultserogennoe effect, bronchospasm, Dysuria, oppression blood, skin allergic reactions.

     The product contraindications to gastric ulcer disease and stomach cancer, pregnancy and breast feeding.

     Form release: pills on 0,2-0,3 g (N. 20).
