DIDROGESTERON (Dydrogesterone).

     (9? 10?) - Pregna-4, 6-diene-3, 20-dione.

     Synonym : Dyufaston, Duphaston.

     It is a synthetic analogue of progesterone. Chemically different order, which is the second double link pregnanovom cycle.

     Applied with endogenous progestinovoy deficiency : endometriosis, infertility, habitual and threatening miscarriage, pre syndrome, dismenoree, secondary amenorrhea and dusfunktsionalnyh uterine krovotecheniyah.

     Assign inside of 0.01 g (10 mg) 2-3 times a day : in endometriosis from the 5 th to the 25 th day cycle or permanent; In violation of infertility and menstrual cycle from 11 th to the 25 th day cycle for 6 cycles; while preserving abortion from 11 th to the 25 th day cycle before conception, and then continuously until 20 weeks of pregnancy, with dysfunctional uterine krovotecheniyah (in combination with estrogen) for 5-7 days prior to stop bleeding ; when amenorrhea, from the 11 th to the 25 th day cycle, in combination with estrogen; in pre-syndrome with the 12 th and 16 th day cycle.

      Possible side effects : appearance, urticaria, swelling, neuralgia, rarely jaundice.

     The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy, vaginal bleeding unknown etiology, serious violations of the liver, breast cancer, Porfirii.
